Who could resist? Not I said this rider.  It’s been a few years since we’ve had a December Destination – partly for timing, partly for inclement weather.  Get your hot wheels back out of the garage for an easy “push” to Bellevue Botanical Garden.  It’s a whopping 2.5 miles from the Dealership.  *My suggestion is that you get your photo during the daylight, then return at night for the spectacular light show.   

Each year the city of Bellevue puts on a magnificent display of over half a million lights through much of the massive garden (53 acres in total) you’ll want to see after dark.  Well worth the $10 or so for the entry fee you can pay online or when you show up at the Visitor Center.  More information can be found on the official website:  https://bellevuebotanical.org/garden-dlights/

The monthly challenge is a local (or not) place that you ride to every month. Everyone who makes the trek has their name put into a drawing. The drawing is pulled at the monthly chapter meeting and the winner gets an Eastside Harley Gift Card. While winning a giftcard is cool, having an excuse to get out and ride by yourself or with others to a place you've never been is priceless.
